Implementasi Kegiatan Sosialisasi Senam Indonesia Hebat Sebagai Upaya Promosi Gaya Hidup Aktif Pada Siswa Berkebutuhan Khusus Di UPT. SLB-E Negeri PTP Sumatera Utara

Objectives: Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan mengimplementasikan program sosialisasi Senam Indonesia Hebat sebagai strategi promosi gaya hidup aktif pada siswa berkebutuhan khusus di UPT. SLB-E Negeri PTP Sumatera Utara, guna meningkatkan kebugaran fisik, koordinasi motorik, dan partisipasi sosial mereka.
Methods: Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui pendekatan participatory action dengan melibatkan 35 siswa tunalaras. Tahapan pelaksanaan meliputi persiapan (asesmen kebutuhan, koordinasi, dan pelatihan fasilitator), implementasi (demonstrasi, latihan terbimbing, dan sesi senam rutin), serta evaluasi pasca kegiatan (observasi perilaku pre-post, testimoni, dan FGD bersama guru).
Results: Kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan partisipasi aktif siswa mencapai 82,8% dari 45,7% awal. Indikator kebugaran fisik meningkat rata-rata 34,2%. Perubahan perilaku positif teramati pada 28 dari 35 siswa (80%), meliputi pengendalian emosi, interaksi sosial, dan penurunan perilaku agresif.
Conclusion: Program sosialisasi Senam Indonesia Hebat efektif dalam mempromosikan gaya hidup aktif, meningkatkan kebugaran fisik, dan mendukung perubahan perilaku positif pada siswa berkebutuhan khusus. Keberlanjutan program memerlukan dukungan manajemen sekolah dan integrasi ke dalam kurikulum formal
